In short: your bids, plans and prices stay on your own computer or in your own browser. We never see them. We only count downloads and trial use so we know how many people try Ductora, and we use your email only if you write to us.
Your projects stay with you
Ductora works on your device. Plan PDFs, takeoffs, prices, proposals and Excel files are saved on your PC (in Documents\Ductora) or, in the browser trial, in your own browser's storage. They are not uploaded to us.
What we collect
- When you download the Windows installer: the date and time, the country and city that Cloudflare estimates from your connection, the page you came from, and your browser type. We do not store your IP address.
- When you use the trial (browser or Windows): each time Ductora opens, it sends a short message to getductora.com with a random install ID created on your device, the Ductora version, how many trial days are left, whether it is a paid copy, and whether it is the browser or Windows version. Cloudflare adds the estimated country and city. This tells us how many people try Ductora and for how long. It contains no project data.
- If you type your email into Ductora or write to us: we keep your email address and message so we can answer and help you set up.
What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics on this website.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not read or collect your plans, takeoffs or prices.
Who processes the data
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the download and trial counts.
- Zoho Mail handles email sent to info@getductora.com.
- Payments, when you buy, are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
How long we keep it
Download and trial records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Emails are kept while we are in contact and for normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@getductora.com. If you are offline, the trial simply does not send anything and keeps working.
